A blog-worthy marinade

After a long, hard day of gardening, and a much, much needed haircut, I did a quick search online to find a tasty marinade for some tuna steaks I picked up at Trader Joes. My guess is this would be good on most white fish as well.

2 tablespoons of honey dijon mustard (I used 2 tablespoons of regular dijon and 2 teaspoons of honey)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of red wine vinigar or white vinager(I used white)

I stabbed my tuna steaks with a fork, placed them in a bowl, poured the marinade on top and let them sit covered in the fridge for an hour or two. Before they went on the grill I sprinkled them with a little cracked pepper and salt. Once on the grill they cooked for about 4 minutes on each side. YUM! These were great along side some grilled curry potatos and a Leffe brew.
